Deborah Hollis I clicked expecting another "cut your sodium" lecture. I stayed because of the part where he said we got good at keeping people alive and not at keeping them whole. Nobody has ever said that to me out loud. 3h · 68 likes · Reply
Nancy Ruiz Same. My sister had hers in 2023. She's here. She's just not here, if that makes sense. I've never had a word for it until this video. 2h · 54 likes · Reply
Patricia Vance Exactly. I've watched a dozen of these and this is the first one that described the actual thing I'm scared of instead of scaring me about dying. 2h · 37 likes · Reply
Sharon Delgado Honest question… if a Hopkins doctor really found this, why am I hearing it from a video and not from my own cardiologist? 3h · 31 likes · Reply
Gloria Whitfield I asked myself the same thing, Sharon. I've been on lisinopril eleven years. I'm four weeks in and my morning reading was 128 over 79 for the first time I can remember. My own cuff, same time every day. 1h · 46 likes · Reply
Ray Okafor Has anybody here actually taken this alongside their prescription? That's the only thing holding me back. 2h · 40 likes · Reply
Marilyn Chase @Ray Okafor Yes. He covers it near the end — it's made specifically not to interfere with pressure medication. I still took the bottle to my doctor first and he read the label and told me to go ahead. 1h · 52 likes · Reply
Kathleen Boyd The part about the monitor in the bathroom cabinet got me. My chest goes tight before the cuff even starts. I stopped measuring two years ago and never told my husband why. 2h · 61 likes · Reply
Eileen Prescott I did the exact same thing and I've never admitted it to anyone. Watching this I realized I wasn't avoiding the machine. I was avoiding the number. 1h · 44 likes · Reply
Wendell Ames The woman whose husband was a plumber — that's my house. Same doctor, same pills, diagnosed months apart. Watch that part if you skip anything else. 1h · 29 likes · Reply
Doris Fairbanks Just watched it twice. The wedding ring. 48min · 22 likes · Reply
